Tongits on AdobeAirGames.com!
Tongits is the first to be featured on AdobeAirGames.com, a brand new blog focusing on games built on Adobe® AIR™. I’m sure more games will be coming out soon now that the official 1.0 of AIR has been released.

Hi Rico! I thought I’d let you know that I moved the Air Games site to http://www.theairgames.com so as to avoid any possible issues with Adobe for using their name. Also, I have just released my first game! Check it out and let me know what you think.

Wow congrats ah. You’ll be featured on O’Reilly book. And it’s amazing you are from the Philippines. You are, I think, the second Flex developer from Philippines I have ever known on the Internet.

Thanks! It’s not really a big feature. Just some screenshot and maybe a short description
Yup flex developers in our country is a rare bunch. I even only personally know just a handful. Hopefully our numbers grow as the technology mature in the coming months.

As of now, there are those who have tried to study flex, but ended up giving up. I wonder what is better, Adobe or Microsoft in terms of RIA. I hadn’t tried Microsoft.

Microsoft is trying to enter the RIA scene with Silverlight. I personally think it has some promise and can compete with Flash/Flex. But Adobe is far ahead of the game, and with the upcoming Flash player version 10 and the Open Screen Project, Adobe is zooming even further.
